The brief
Turning a finished design into clean, usable HTML is one of the most tedious steps in the whole product process. The team wanted to collapse that gap inside the tool designers already lived in.
What I did
As product manager I shaped a Figma plugin that took a design and produced HTML directly, on an AI video product with a reach of nearly half a million professionals. The work was as much about deciding what not to build as what to ship, keeping the plugin fast and the output trustworthy.
The outcome
A design-to-code step that took minutes instead of hours, adopted widely across the tech sector.
