Lulabay, custom Next.js platform

The brief

Lulabay had outgrown its off-the-shelf store. It needed a platform that could bend to how the business actually worked, instead of forcing the business to bend to the platform.

What I did

I built a separate storefront from the ground up on React and Next.js, with a Python and MongoDB back end. The platform was shaped around Lulabay’s real workflow, and the repetitive manual steps became automations that run on their own.

The outcome

A fast, custom-built store that fits the business, with the day-to-day busywork handled by the system rather than the team.
