Lulabay, custom gifts storefront

The brief

Lulabay sells personalised gifts and nightwear across a big, always-changing range. The storefront had to carry all of it without feeling cluttered or slow, and handle the personalisation options that make each product different.

What I did

I built and ran a custom storefront for the personalised-gifts side of the brand, tuned for a large catalogue and for the made-to-order nature of the products. The repetitive back-office steps were automated, so the team could spend their time on the range rather than the admin.

The outcome

A storefront that carries a wide, personalised catalogue cleanly, with the day-to-day busywork handled by the system rather than the team.
