Northgate Lighting, full-stack Magento rebuild

The brief

Northgate Lighting had a site that was slow to run, awkward to manage and near invisible in search. The rebuild had to fix all three at once, not one at a time.

What I did

I rebuilt the site front and back end on Magento, then ran a new SEO and content strategy on top of it, from the technical foundations to the pages that actually earn rankings. The build and the content worked together rather than fighting each other.

The outcome

Organic traffic grew by 225 percent, on a site that was finally fast to load and simple to run.
