The brief
Black Friday is won or lost on operations. Listings, stock, pricing and dispatch all have to hold across a dozen marketplaces at once, on the busiest week of the year.
What I did
I ran the whole operation across Amazon, Debenhams, eBay, Wayfair, Temu, TikTok Shop and more than ten retailers in parallel, keeping listings, inventory and pricing in sync while the volume climbed.
The outcome
A record £2.2M in net sales in a single Black Friday week, with the operation holding steady right through the peak.
