The same-day booking, payment and live driver-tracking platform that runs Kruze end to end, from first enquiry to signed-off job.
The brief
Kruze was running a fast-growing rubbish and junk collection business on messages, spreadsheets and memory. Jobs arrived from the website, from ads, from WhatsApp and from the phone, and every one had to be chased, quoted, scheduled and invoiced by hand. Nothing joined up.
What I did
I built a single platform that owns the whole journey. A lead lands from any channel, gets an automated acknowledgement, moves to a quote, and once accepted becomes a scheduled job with a date, a crew and a route. Crews get their run on a phone, customers get live tracking, and a finished job produces a job note on its own. It runs on Next.js and Supabase with live location and transactional email wired in.
The outcome
The business now runs on one screen instead of six tools. Enquiries stop falling through the cracks, quotes go out the same day, and every job leaves a clean record behind it.
